How do artists apply?

Key Dates for the 57th Annual Penrod Arts Fair:

2/21/24:  2024 artist application goes live; application period begins
5/10/24:  Artist application deadline @ midnight ET
5/12/24:  Artist jury process begins
5/24/24:  Artist jury process completed
5/31/24:  Accepted artists notified by e-mail
7/1/24:  Deadline for invited artists to accept invitation and pay booth fees
7/3/24:  Certain wait-listed artists notified of acceptance by e-mail
7/19/24:  Deadline for invited wait-list artists to accept invitation and pay booth fees
8/11/24:  Deadline for artist cancellations (if partial refund desired)
8/16/24:  Artist credential packets and booth assignments sent by e-mail
8/16/24:  List of accepted artists posted to Penrod website
9/6/24:  Artist set-up (10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
9/6/24:  11th Annual Evening with Penrod at Newfields (6:00 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
9/7/24:  57th Annual Penrod Arts Fair (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
9/7/24:  Artist tear-down (5:30-8:00 p.m. ET; rain or shine)

Consistent with what we communicated to the artist community last summer/fall, all artists who are interested in partaking in this year's Fair (including those that were juried in last year) will need to apply through ZAPP and pay the ZAPP application fee (if you recall, last year we refunded (at Penrod's expense) all application fees in full). If you are an artist that was juried in last year, after you apply through ZAPP and pay the ZAPP application fee you will be automatically juried in for the 2024 Fair (and then you will pay your booth fee in accordance with the timeline below).
