2/21/18: 2018 artist application goes live; application period begins
4/9/18: Artist application deadline @ midnight ET
5/8/18: Artist jury process begins
5/20/18: Artist jury process completed
5/25/18: Accepted artists notified by e-mail
6/8/18: Deadline for invited artists to accept invitation and pay booth fees
6/14/18: Certain wait-listed artists notified of acceptance by e-mail
6/23/18: Deadline for invited waitlist artists to accept invitation and pay booth fees
7/30/18: Deadline for artist cancellations (if partial refund desired)
8/10/18: Artist credential packets and booth assignments sent by e-mail
8/10/18: Artist website links posted to Penrod website (for those who request & pay fee)
8/10/18: List of accepted artists posted to Penrod website
9/7/18: Artist set-up (10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
9/7/18: 6th Annual Evening with Penrod at Newfields (6:00 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
9/8/18: 52nd Annual Penrod Arts Fair (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
9/8/18: Artist tear-down (5:30-8:00 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
