Yes. If you plan to leave and return, ask a gate attendant for a hand stamp before exiting to allow re-entry.
The Penrod Arts Fair is held on September 12th and is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
All guests are subject to security screening, including metal detector screening and bag inspections, before entering the event. Prohibited items include outside food and alcoholic beverages, grills, pets (except service animals), knives, firearms, and other weapons. Guests may be asked to return prohibited items to their vehicles or dispose of them before entry, and Newfields reserves the right to refuse admission.
Yes, strollers and wagons are welcome at the event.
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the Newfields campus.

Yes! A variety of food and beverage options will be available throughout the Fair, with something for everyone to enjoy.
This year, free parking will be available at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Complimentary shuttles will run throughout the day to and from Newfields. Shuttle details and additional parking options will be posted at penrod.org/arts-fair (https://www.penrod.org/arts-fair/) as the Fair approaches.
Yes, handicap parking is available onsite at Newfields and requires a valid handicap placard. Spaces are limited and are first come first serve.
Yes. Complimentary shuttle service runs continuously from the Indiana State Fairgrounds parking lot to Newfields beginning at 9:00 AM.
