How do artists apply?

Thank you for your interest in the 2011 Penrod Arts Fair. To apply for this year’s Fair, please visit ZAPP by clicking here.

The deadline to apply is Friday, April 1, 2011. Below is the detailed timeline for the 2011 Arts Fair:

2011 Artist Timeline:

-02/15/11: Penrod Arts Fair open to applicants via ZAPP
-04/01/11: Penrod Arts Fair closed to applicants
-04/30/11: Penrod Arts Fair Artist jury process complete
-05/02/11: Accepted Penrod Artist will be notified via e-mail
-05/15/11: Accepted Penrod Artist must accept their invitation and pay booth fee
-05/15/11: Penrod will begin to form an artist wait list
-06/01/11: Accepted Penrod Artist will be listed on the Penrod web site
-06/01/11: Entries not accepted by 06/01 will only be charged a $35.00 applicant fee
-07/29/11: Artist information packets will be sent
-08/01/11: Deadline for Artist cancellations (non-refundable)
-08/-3/11: Wait list Artist will be notified of openings
-09/09/11: Penrod Arts Fair Artist set-up
-09/10/11: 45th Annual Penrod Arts Fair (9am to 5pm, Indianapolis Museum of Art)
-09/10/11: Artist tear-down 5:30pm to 8pm
