Patron Parking, Saturday September 8th

Penrod patron parking will be available at the following locations on Saturday, September 8th from 9am to 5pm.

1. Crown Hill Cemetery
2. Bertha Ross Park
3. International School of Indiana
4. Major Taylor Veledrome
5. Clowes Hall, Butler University
6. Hinkle Fieldhouse, Butler University
7. Irwin Library, Butler University

All parking is free of charge and transportation to and from the IMA will be provided.
Handicap parking is available on the IMA grounds on a first come, first serve basis. UNDERGROUND VIP parking will be available on the IMA grounds for $25.00 per vehicle on a first come, first serve basis.

Major changes have been made to the external artist parking and traffic patterns for the 2007 Penrod Arts Fair. Below is a summary of instructions for PROJECTS exhibits based on your particular exhibit area.

Friday, September 7th

PROJECTS D

1. PROJECTS D exhibits will park at Interfaith Church (Corner of 42nd and Michigan) 12pm to 6pm.

1. PROJECTS D exhibits will be given a YELLOW parking pass that will be good for parking at Interfaith church on both Friday and Saturday.

1. PROJECTS D exhibits will be permitted to enter the IMA grounds via the 38th street gate ONLY between 12pm and 6pm on Friday. Traffic pattern for PROJECTS D exhibits will be directed by Penrod personnel.

PROJECTS A, B, and C

1. PROJECTS A, B, and C exhibits will park at the International School of Indiana in pre-staged parking areas, from 12pm to 6pm. The International School is located just north of the IMA Grounds at 4330 N. Michigan Road. Transportation to and from the International School to the IMA will be provided free of charge from 12pm to 6pm.

1. PROJECTS A, B, and C exhibits will be given a RED / BLUE / GREEN parking pass corresponding to the pre-determined parking area. This parking pass will be good for parking at the International School in designated pre-staged parking areas on both Friday and Saturday.

1. PROJECTS A, B, and C exhibits will be permitted to enter the IMA grounds via the 42nd and Michigan Road gate ONLY between 12pm and 6pm on Friday. Traffic pattern for PROJECTS A, B, and C exhibits will be directed by Penrod personnel.

Saturday, September 8th

PROJECTS D

1. PROJECTS D exhibits will park at Interfaith Church (Corner of 42nd and Michigan) 6am to 5pm. A PROJECTS D parking pass for the Interfaith Church parking lot will be provided.

1. PROJECTS D exhibits will be permitted to enter the IMA grounds via the 38th street gate ONLY between 6am and 8am and after 5pm on Saturday. Traffic pattern for PROJECTS D exhibits will be directed by Penrod personnel.

PROJECTS A, B, and C

1. PROJECTS A, B, and C exhibits will park at the International School of Indiana in pre-staged parking areas, from 6am to 5pm. The International School is located just north of the IMA Grounds at 4330 N. Michigan Road. Transportation to and from the International School to the IMA will be provided free of charge from 6am to 6pm. Parking passes for PROJECTS A, B, and C exhibits will be provided by the Penrod Society.
